This is the central role in the Client relationship function. Our Experience Directors run the day to day Client relationships and oversee the business both internally and externally, reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer.
We're looking for a passionate, hungry and talented Client Services professional who can fulfil the traditional Account Director role and take a strategic approach that focuses on the Client experience of partnering with BIO as well as offering and facilitating consultancy around optimising the experience of our Clients’ customers.
This is why they carry the word “Experience” in their title. But this is far more than a rebrand. We think the role – and the name - defines and captures a fundamental need for our Clients and our Agency, and is a much truer description of the role we expect our senior Client Services leaders to fulfil.
