Customer experiences both online and in the physical world are changing at such a pace that the travel industry often seems to be playing catchup in terms of technological innovation and providing a seamless experience. We were recently joined by five industry experts in what turned out to be a fascinating discussion of the threats and opportunities facing travel brands.
