We were bought on board to develop and deliver Arrow's online strategy, helping them to protect their position in the market being eroded by new competitors, and to build online revenues to $300m in 36 months.
To leverage the strengths that Arrow had developed over the years and bring the best of their technical expertise online, we collaborated closely with Arrow to understand what would make a difference, and delved deep into the business. To meet Arrow's objective of building online revenues to $300m in 36 months, we not only redesigned business processes but also changed hearts and minds, culturally shifting from an offline to an online mindset, to build up an online business able to respond to customer needs in real-time.

To improve operational efficiency we implemented a market-leading bespoke e-commerce solution, capable of supporting 300 million products, new warehouse infrastructure and led them in the acquisition of a specialist content provider and a $300 million investment into stock for same-day shipping.
