The Brief


This was an industry first – using AI to re-create the sense of discovery you get in a ‘real’ bookshop.

The Approach

The key to the project was to encourage dwell time, inspire our audience with books and writers that might be new to them, and above all change the behaviour of consumers, using digital technology to create relationships between authors and readers.

The Work


Using dynamic artificial intelligence software we created a cross-platform multi-touch capable environment allowing users to follow a journey of discovery based on their behaviours. The network of new sites is an industry first, providing a brand new way for consumers to connect and interact with books and authors online.
