Following 13 years as a client leader at Ogilvy Group, Stephen joined BIO in 2014 to focus on customer-led innovation, transformation and the creation of new digital experiences to better connect clients with their customers and people. He was appointed Managing Director in 2019.
A creative innovator and brand expert with strong commercial instincts, Stephen has been a key driver of BIO’s growth during his time with the company, a period which has also seen considerable capability and expertise development. In 2018 alone, alongside the launch of a number of leading-edge transformations for global clients, BIO was awarded no. 1 for creativity in Econsultancy’s top 100 digital agencies, no. 1 for Service Design at the BIMA Awards, top 3 in B2B e-commerce at the Drum Awards and top 3 in commercial acumen at the Oystercatchers Awards.
His time is split between working with the Management Board to steer the business and leading the agency to deliver innovation, excellence, value and growth for all Clients.
